Kristen Kappauf

Kristen started her professional career after graduating from Katharine Gibbs School’s Executive Assistant Program. In 2003 she was hired by NBTY, a vitamin manufacturing company in Piscataway, NJ as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President. Kristen was in that position for 2 years before moving departments and becoming a Quality Assurance Coordinator. 

In 2007, Kristen changed careers and started to work for Fulton Bank as a customer service representative. With in her first year there, she was promoted to assistant manager. Kristen continued to work for this community bank for the next 15 years, spending her last 7 years in the Flemington location. While at Fulton Bank, she was given the opportunity to volunteer for the Jr. Achiever. This is a nonprofit company that helps educate low-income school aged youth on financial literacy. 

In 2022, Kristen decided that she would like to take on a part time job so she could have more time with her family and to volunteer in her community. She spent one year helping a friend get his family business started in the Electric Vehicle industry. 

In 2023, Kristen joined the Newroads Financial Group team as Executive Assistant to Ronald J. Garutti Jr., CFP^® and his clients. 

Kristen, her husband Scott, and their two sons, Bobby and James live in Franklin Township in Hunterdon County. Kristen volunteers at her sons’ school, she is a den leader for her son’s cub scout pack, and coaches’ youth field hockey and basketball. Her family loves to go camping together every chance they get.
